We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the governance and delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The PMO Analyst will manage schedules, dashboards, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) data to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management
- Maintain and update program and project schedules in alignment with delivery milestones.
- Track progress against timelines and escalate delays or missed dependencies.
- Dashboard & Reporting
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards to provide visibility into program health, progress, and KPIs.
- Prepare regular status reports for PMO Lead, Program Managers, and Steering Committees.
- RAID Management
- Own and maintain the RAID log, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Support risk and issue management processes, including escalation and mitigation planning.
- Governance Support
- Assist in PMO governance activities, including compliance checks, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate PMO meetings, capture action items, and track follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large-scale IT programs.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycle and related governance processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to financial services or supranational banking environments.
Work Environment:
