We are hiring for 1 Tech Lead and 2 Senior AWS Serverless & Python Engineers. Candidates must have 5–6 years of experience, including at least 2+ years working hands‑on with AWS serverless stack (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and demonstrable Python development skills, especially for manifest‑file logic and Lambda development.

Skills and Qualifications
- AWS Serverless Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB
- Ability to design or implement scalable, secure, resilient solutions following best practices
- Strong understanding of cloud solution architecture and deployment (aligned with cloud‑related Python engineering responsibilities)
- Python Development
- Strong Python coding, debugging, and automation skills
- Ability to work with manifest files, build backend logic, and write Python‑based Lambda functions
- Comfort working with tooling, scripts, and integration logic typical of Python cloud developers
- AWS Infrastructure
- Experience with EC2 provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration into wider AWS architectures
- Knowledge of IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, S3, and general AWS ecosystem components
- Leadership (Tech Lead Only)
- Lead a team of up to 3 developers + 1 tester
- Conduct daily standups, distribute workload, review work, and ensure delivery quality
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with PMs, BAs, and stakeholders
