Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
- Oversee multiple technology programs/projects within Financial Services vertical
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct daily/weekly delivery reviews to track progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to customer‑defined ways of working and governance
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and drive structured governance cadence (daily, weekly, monthly reviews)
- Act as the first point of accountability for delivery
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities and align technology delivery
- Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Escalation & Risk Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across programs
- Own and manage escalations end‑to‑end, including customer communication

Commercial Ownership
- Support P&L (top line and bottom line) for the engagement
