Looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Fintech experience. This is NOT a security lead role.
lead and coordinate cross functional teams (PM, BM, DevOps, Risk & regulatory teams, etc)
Responsibilities:

detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables.

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.

Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.

Document processes and decisions for auditability and traceability.
GRC Knowledge:

Integrate regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.) into project plans and delivery workflows.

Work closely with Risk, Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare for and pass technology audits and certifications.
2)Role : MuleSoft developer
Location : London, UK Hybrid - 3 days office Mandatory
Contract

Design, develop, and implement integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Build and maintain APIs following API-led connectivity principles.

Develop System, Process, and Experience APIs to support Salesforce and MCPS integration requirements.

Configure and develop MuleSoft applications, flows, transformations, and connectors.

Design data mappings and transformations using Data Weave.

Develop REST and SOAP service integrations with enterprise applications.
-
Collaborate with Salesforce developers to support inbound and outbound integrations.

Implement security standards including OAuth, JWT, TLS, and API security policies.

Support CI/CD deployment processes and release activities.
-
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.

Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials.

Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities.

3)Role :Progress DBA
Poland(Remote)
One year Contract
Progress DBA:
We are looking for an experienced Progress OpenEdge DBA to support a business-critical application built on Progress/OpenEdge. The resource will be responsible for database administration, production support, failure resolution, performance improvement, backup and recovery, and overall database stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Progress OpenEdge databases across development, test, and production environments.
Monitor database health, availability, capacity, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve database failures, outages, locking issues, crashes, and connectivity problems.
Perform database performance tuning, including query, index, transaction, memory, and resource optimization.
Manage backups, restores, disaster recovery, and data replication activities.
Analyze database logs, alerts, and system metrics to identify root causes.
Support Progress/OpenEdge upgrades, patching, migrations, and environment refreshes.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve production issues.
Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
Automate routine DBA activities using scripting and maintain operational runbooks.
Ensure database security, access controls, maintenance, and compliance requirements are followed.
Provide on-call and production support as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience as a Progress OpenEdge DBA in production environments.
Hands-on expertise in Progress database architecture, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience handling database failures and high-priority production incidents.
Strong knowledge of Progress database performance tuning and optimization.
Experience with database locks, transactions, indexes, storage, memory, and resource utilization.
Expertise in backup, restore, disaster recovery, and replication processes.
Good understanding of Progress ABL and SQL for application and query analysis.
Experience working on Linux and/or Windows environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an incident, change, and problem management environment.
Preferred:
Experience supporting large-scale or business-critical Progress/OpenEdge applications.
Knowledge of OpenEdge versions, upgrades, and high-availability solutions.
Experience with enterprise monitoring, ITIL processes, and 24x7 production support.
