OptiRad is a SaaS product that functions as the operating system of NHS Trust radiology departments, enabling those teams to optimise capacity, plan resources and protect clinical time to achieve fast and accurate diagnoses.
As OptiRad Radiologist Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you will be an important part of the product team and responsible for a variety of responsibilities to ensure our product is adding value for our customers and our business. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks and juggle responsibilities at the direction of the Head of Product.
- Travel to client sites regularly for in-person engagement and support across the UK.
- Provide support via virtual meetings and virtual drop-in sessions.
- Work closely with radiologists to understand their rota, arrange swaps for MDTs and Hot duty, manage other clinical responsibilities, and understand the clinical impact of their roster and leave decisions.
- Conduct software demos and training during and after radiologist onboarding, focusing on optimising clinical time and solving problems.
- Help radiologists understand how OptiRad meets their needs and enables the radiology department to optimise capacity.
- Report back to the product management team any requests for new features or issues highlighted by radiologists.
- Ensure radiologists are engaged, happy with, supportive of and bought-in to OptiRad usage.
