The Role
This role is designed for an early-career operator who wants broad exposure, real responsibility and a steep learning curve. You will work closely with the COO to help turn priorities into action, keep multiple workstreams moving, and ensure high standards of delivery across the organisation. You will not be expected to arrive with all the answers. You will be expected to be organised, proactive, and relentless about follow-through.
What Youβll Do
- Operational Delivery & Execution
- Support the COO in delivering priorities across service delivery, internal operations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain clear trackers, plans and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Chase actions, surface risks early and ensure follow-through.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Governance & Quality Support
- Support delivery of governance, quality and compliance activity.
- Prepare materials for governance forums, audits and reviews.
- Track actions arising from governance processes and follow up to completion.
- Work closely with clinical, operational and quality teams.
- Support delivery of AI and technology initiatives owned by the COO.
- Coordinate pilots, roll-outs and operational readiness activities.
- Act as a connector between technical, clinical and operational teams.
- Help translate strategy into practical execution steps.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare concise briefings, updates and summaries for the COO and senior leadership.
- Document decisions and actions from senior meetings.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across the business.
- Special Projects
- Take ownership of discrete projects or workstreams on behalf of the COO.
- Break problems into clear plans and deliver against them.
- Adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
