As part of our expanding team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with industry leaders in Formula 1, aerospace, defence, and automotive sectors., * Service & Support: Deliver exceptional service and technical support for Hexagon Metrology’s portable hardware products, including calibration, repair, and maintenance of high-accuracy measuring equipment.

Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Perform fault diagnosis down to the module level and provide detailed diagnostic reports, ensuring minimal downtime and top-tier performance for customers.

ERP System Management: Maintain and update our ERP system (Servicemax) to track and manage service activities efficiently.

Customer Communication: Act as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely and effective communication around service progress, timelines, and resolutions.
