Decarbonisation & Retrofit Project Manager 2 year fixed-term contract London SE26 (Hybrid Working) Salary £59,441 + Essential Car User Allowance Hexagon is an innovative and responsive housing association working in partnership with a range of local authorities to meet housing needs across Southeast London. With a turnover of £40m, 120 staff and over 4,000 homes, Hexagon is continually improving the quality and range of our affordable homes and services. We make good quality, affordable housing, and services available to people in the local areas we serve, and work to extend opportunities and improve the neighbourhoods they live in. We are looking for a Project Manager with significant experience of Net Zero Retrofit grant funding contract management to successfully deliver Hexagon s Social Housing Fund Wave 3 Programme for energy and thermal improvement measures. Reporting to the Stock Improvement Manager, you will lead on the delivery of energy and decarbonisation programmes based on asset data to meet specified targets (i.e. EPC Level C 2030, and Net Zero 2050) and draw down secured funding over the next two years. You will ensure works are delivered to a high standard, deliver value for money, excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to having a passion for the subject and enthusiasm for changing cultures and behaviours to support a sustainability agenda, our ideal candidate will have: • Knowledge of procurement including tendering, evaluation of contracts and procurement procedures for future NZC works. • Demonstrable skills in mobilising NZC contracts including standard setting with new contractors, building professional working arrangements etc. • Knowledge of regulatory framework and strategic view of service delivery. • Substantial technical knowledge able to identify and prescribe remedies for retrofit work in social housing. • Minimum Building Surveying/Project Management qualifications. Level 4 VRQ and above in asset and building management. • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
