Location: London (South East London - Hybrid)

Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of electrical, lifts and M&E systems across Hexagon, ensuring full compliance with all statutory obligations and resident safety as a priority.
  • Oversee electrical, lift and M&E services, including contractor and contract management.
  • Apply legal processes related to compliance activity and work with Health & Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems of work.
  • Collaborate across teams, prioritise and plan activities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Substantial experience managing electrical, lift and M&E services.
  • Experience with contractor and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance processes, Health & Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems.
  • Excellent teamwork, planning and prioritisation skills.
