Responsibilities
- Lead the management of electrical, lifts and M&E systems across Hexagon, ensuring full compliance with all statutory obligations and resident safety as a priority.
- Oversee electrical, lift and M&E services, including contractor and contract management.
- Apply legal processes related to compliance activity and work with Health & Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems of work.
- Collaborate across teams, prioritise and plan activities effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Substantial experience managing electrical, lift and M&E services.
- Experience with contractor and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance processes, Health & Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems.
- Excellent teamwork, planning and prioritisation skills.
