Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Wood Machinist / Saw Operative to join a busy fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with the potential for a permanent position.
Main Duties:
- Operating saws and woodworking machinery
- Building and fabricating products to required specifications
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Using appropriate PPE during all tasks
- Maintaining high quality and productivity standards
- Problem solving and troubleshooting production issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with team leaders, managers and other departments
Requirements:
- Experience operating saws or woodworking machinery preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
