We are pleased to be recruiting for our Runcorn based bespoke manufacturing client for the position of: Sheet Metal Fabricator/TIG Welder.
Working straight 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday (Day Shift) plus paid overtime where required. Basic Salary £34,000 plus pending experience, plus paid overtime, plus other company benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Produce and manufacture high quality components and assemblies.
- Read planned engineering drawings and interpret technical specifications.
- Demonstrate the use of various welding equipment and power tools.
- Work safely while adhering to all site Health & Safety requirements.
- Be able to work alone or as part of a manufacturing team within a busy environment.
- Maintain quality of all work to standards and record as per planned drawings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified as a Sheet Metal Fabricator.
- Apprentice trained to a minimum Level 3 sheet metal working.
- Experienced with TIG welding.
- Experience of working with high grade metals.
- Confident in reading planned engineering drawings.
- Ability to produce high quality components and assemblies.
