Hexagon Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Export Operator to join a well-established freight forwarding company based in Liverpool. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and excellent working environment.
The company specialises in Deep Sea LCL and FCL exports, with additional operations in air and road freight. They use the Forward Office freight system to manage their shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage LCL and FCL export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
- Complete and process all export documentation including Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Work daily with the Forward Office freight system.
- Communicate effectively with shipping lines, hauliers, airlines, and overseas agents.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Provide professional and responsive support to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in export operations, particularly deep sea freight (LCL & FCL).
- Working knowledge of Forward Office or similar freight forwarding systems.
- Familiarity with air and road freight processes.
