Hexagon Recruitment are urgently recruiting for the permanent position of an Access Control & CCTV Engineer.
This permanent role will also include other installation work for network infrastructure cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Cat6a etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain door access control & CCTV systems, including hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control systems, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.
- Assist clients with training and support on the use of access control/CCTV systems.
- Keep detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in installing and maintaining door access control systems.
- Good knowledge of electronic security systems, including key card access and biometric systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Paxton and/or Verkada security systems is an advantage.
Salary from £42,000 to £48,000 per annum dependent on experience plus PAID OVERTIME.
This job role is field-based and requires you to work across London and, when required, UK-wide.
