Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
- Supervise and support warehouse operatives, including training and development
- Manage goods in/out processes and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and general housekeeping
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
- Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures and health & safety standards
- Organised, reliable, and confident in decision‑making
- Own transport required due to the location
