Ongoing Full-Time Position

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday: 13:30 – 22:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
  • Alternative Saturdays: 10:00 – 22:00 (1-hour unpaid break)

The Role:

Hexagon Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for an ongoing airfreight operation based in Feltham. This is a landside driving role involving collections and deliveries between airlines and cargo handling facilities, with a strong focus on perishable goods. We are looking for reliable and professional drivers who are confident working within the fast-paced airfreight environment. This is a stable, ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours and long-term work.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out deliveries and collections between airlines and cargo facilities
  • Transporting mainly perishable cargo safely and efficiently
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
  • Ensuring all paperwork and cargo documentation is completed accurately
  • Communicating effectively with the transport office and cargo teams
  • Complying with all driver hours, WTD, and airfreight security procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
  • Previous airfreight experience is essential
  • Must hold a valid COD (Cargo Operative Driver / Level D) certificate
  • Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 penalty points (No DR, DD, or IN offences)
  • Strong understanding of transport compliance and air cargo procedures
  • Professional and reliable attitude
