We are looking for a high‑calibre Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager to be the strategic architect of our global go‑to‑market efforts. In this role you will design the integrated narrative that connects our Production Software solutions—CAD‑CAM software for manufacturers across Production Machining, Sheet Metal, Mould & Die, and Wood/Stone/Composites—to the evolving needs of the global manufacturing landscape. You will sit at the center of a global collaborative hub, synthesizing input from product marketing, field sales, digital, and PR to create world‑class campaign blueprints and lead the activation of those campaigns across a distributed global team spanning departments, regions, and sales channels. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and proactive marketer who thrives in complex, global environments and is passionate about turning ideas into high‑impact campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Strategy: Lead the development of integrated, multi‑touch campaigns for our two primary segments (Sheet Metal, Mould & Die).
  • Cross‑Functional Concepting: Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical features into compelling campaign themes and work with the Creative Manager to develop a distinct visual identity for each initiative.
  • Regional & Sales Alignment: Act as the bridge to Regional Marketers, ensuring global campaigns are not only localised but also directly support regional sales priorities and local market priorities.
  • Activation Ecosystem Management: Design the 'Activation Map' across all touchpoints, including communities, partner channels, PR & media, digital, and performance insight. Work with the digital team to activate with automation, organic and paid media, digital campaign architecture, and own the campaign’s impact by analysing global performance and providing narrative reporting to marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field. Candidates with a technical or scientific background who have specialised in marketing are also encouraged to apply.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of building global campaigns from the ground up.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence people who do not report to you (regional marketers, PR, creative) to move in the same direction.
  • Manufacturing/SaaS savvy: Experience in the industrial or production software space is highly advantageous.
  • Big Picture thinker: Thrive on the development phase; brainstorming, messaging, and planning how a campaign will ripple through different channels.
  • Global experience: Have previously worked across different regional markets and have a solid understanding of remote, multi‑country collaboration.
  • Native or C2‑level English required; additional languages a plus.

We encourage you to include a brief outline of a campaign strategy you have developed or an example of a past campaign (e.g. approach, structure, and impact) to showcase your strategic thinking and experience.

What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to shape a newly created role within a new divisional setup, giving you full ownership to make your mark and establish yourself as the global lead for campaigns.
  • A highly collaborative, international marketing environment with cross‑functional teams across regions and a strong global network.
  • Strong growth and development potential in a pivotal role, with a high level of autonomy and ownership, empowering you to bring ideas to life and drive real impact.

At Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, we believe that diverse teams drive innovation and excellence. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of background, identity, or personal characteristics, can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
