We are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our dynamic Housing Team to provide a comprehensive neighbourhood management service to a patch of circa 550 homes across our boroughs of operation.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A proven background of working in a front-line customer service environment – preferably in the housing sector
- A commitment to excellent standards of customer care
- Good IT and numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills – ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines/targets
- An understanding of issues relating to diversity (eg mental health, neurodiversity, other vulnerabilities)
