We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for making a difference to join our busy Community Investment & Engagement Team as a Money Support Adviser. You will work with our Senior Employment Adviser and Money Support Assistant toprovide support, advice and guidance to Hexagon residents, helping them become more financially resilient, avoid rent arrears and financial difficulties. You will have:- -Strong understanding of the issues facing low-income households, and good understanding of the principles around income maximisation, budgeting and basic debt advice -Good knowledge of housing and welfare benefits -Good IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases -Excellent communication skills including the ability to deal sensitively with customers with differing needs -Ability to maintain accurate case records -Ability to travel to home visits in Hexagons area of operation.
