They are now recruiting for an Estate Manager to manage a prominent, mixed-use business park close to Stockton-on-Tees.

The business park has a great blend of property types ranging from commercial offices, retail units, and industrial warehouses.

The salary on offer is up to £45,000, plus a generous company benefits package.

As the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the estate and will be supported by a Facilities Coordinator.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the production and management of multiple service charge budgets, ensuring effective financial control across the estate.

You will oversee all aspects of on-site health and safety, maintaining compliance through the site's H&S systems, while procuring new facilities management service partners when required and monitoring the performance of existing contractors to ensure consistently high service standards.

As the on-site lead, you will be expected to drive operational excellence, continually seeking innovative ways to enhance the occupier experience, improve service delivery, and add value across the estate.

You will ideally have experience in managing a large commercial asset or mixed-use developments.

As this role is heavily focused around customer service, you will be personable and be comfortable liaising with tenants.

Furthermore, you will have previously managed service charge budgets and if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate this will put you at an advantage.
