Hexagon Group are delighted to be seeking a Retail Manager to work on one of London's most iconic destinations. This role is key to driving success, fostering strong relationships with retail and F&B operators, and ensuring world-class service delivery. You will report directly to the Senior Retail Manager and act as a vital link between the estate management team and retailers. Your focus will be on strengthening retailer relationships, analysing performance data, and driving operational excellence. This includes designing and managing engagement plans and overseeing brand performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with retailers and F&B operators to enhance their performance and drive sales. Develop and implement strategic communications plans, including newsletters and retailer updates. Monitor retailer performance through KPIs, data analysis, and on-site evaluations.
