They are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to take responsibility for a busy business park in South Manchester, comprising three commercial buildings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to take ownership of a prominent multi-tenanted estate, driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional occupier experience.
As the Senior Building Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the three buildings, ensuring the seamless delivery of both hard and soft services while leading on health & safety, compliance, contractor performance, and tenant engagement.
You will be responsible for managing key service partners, developing strong relationships with occupiers, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve operational performance.
With full ownership of the service charge budget, you will also be supported by a Facilities Coordinator who will report directly into you.
We are keen to speak with experienced Building Managers who have a strong background within a managing agent environment and have a proven track record managing large, multi-tenanted commercial properties.
You will have demonstrable experience overseeing service charge budgets, managing contractors, maintaining high compliance standards, and delivering exceptional levels of service to occupiers.
Strong knowledge of hard services, health & safety, and statutory compliance is essential, with IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications highly desirable
