Responsibilities:
- Working alongside Surveyors, Property Managers, Facilities Managers, and Asset Managers to provide Energy and Sustainability expertise across a mixed-use property portfolio.
- Conducting energy audits.
- Implementing low carbon solutions.
- Preparing SECR reports.
- Energy procurement.
- Preparing energy efficiency proposals.
- Coordinating a Carbon Management Plan.
