ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the region through a combination of strategic account management and new business development.
With ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, the position focuses on building strong, long-term customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities across Hexagon’s portfolio of solutions, services and rental offerings.
Working in a solution-led sales environment, the role contributes to customer success by supporting the effective adoption of technology, while also providing valuable market insight and collaborating with internal teams to deliver against regional objectives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, increasing revenue and profitability
  • Own and develop the regional territory, including identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Drive solution-based sales across products, services, and rental offerings
  • Build strong, multi-level customer relationships to support long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide market insight and competitor intelligence to shape regional strategy
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems
  • Represent Hexagon at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
  • Achievement of regional sales and revenue targets
  • Growth in key accounts and new customer acquisition
  • Increased market share within defined sector segments
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Frequent travel required within region

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Proven sales experience within construction, surveying, or geospatial industries
  • Strong understanding of surveying/engineering solutions and customer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and win new business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially focused
  • Fluent working knowledge of Office365 and CRM software solutions (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Full UK driving license

  • Fluent in English
