Salary:£35,375 to £37,625 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About The Role
The Grove is a specialist 4 bedded children’s home, for those who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We are seeking to recruit adeputy manager at an established children\’s homein Fillongley, Warwickshire. Our home iswithin 30-45 minutes\’ drive of Birmingham, and highly accessible from Warwickshire and Central Coventry.
This position is not shift work, does not have sleep ins and is working Monday to Friday. There may on occasions be the requirement to pick up the odd shift or sleep in if required to meet the needs of the young people in the home. Sleep ins are paid at an additional £45 per sleep in
Do I have what it takes to apply?
- Essential – QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Essential – Suitable experience at Senior/Team leader or Deputy manager level specifically within a residential home for children, leading on shifts and following the children’s homes regulations.
- Essential – Full UK Driving Licence
