The Poplars School – part of Hexagon Care Services in Houghton-Le-Spring is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You will support up to four pupils with personal and academic needs in a nurturing setting, contributing to both the thematic EYFS curriculum and KS1/KS2 learning goals.
