Responsibilities
In this position, individuals are responsible for strategic sourcing, relationship building, and aligning top talent. Working closely with hiring managers and other team members throughout the organization, individuals are responsible for the sourcing process, the interview cycle, and onboarding
- Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for professional levels of technical and non-technical positions, complying with organizational policy and government regulatory guidelines.
- Participates in and coordinates related programs and systems, making recommendations for improvements and implementation of any project related to the areas of responsibility.
- Works with managers to help identify job requirements and create interview guides to assist in talent acquisition.
- Posts positions in the organization’s applicant tracking system.
- Constructs and updates position descriptions consistent with the hiring manager’s expectations, establishing objectives and KPIs for the role.
- Develops, researches, and identifies prospective talent, providing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Leverages social media outlets to attract passive candidates and encourage referrals.
- Participates in and coordinates regional university and internship career development programs.
- Builds relationships with internal and external networks.
