Short description: We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Order Processing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle – from receipt and entry into our CRM/ERP systems to monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
The ideal candidate brings experience in order administration, strong communication skills, and enjoys working with different systems to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Order Receipt: Taking care of orders under your responsibility using a CRM Tool (Salesforce)
- Order Processing:
- Entering orders into the ERP system
- Verifying items availability
- Sending order confirmation to customers
- Issuing purchase orders when needed
- Creating invoices and tracking payments
- Order Monitoring: Delivery dates and coordination deliveries
- Communication: Inform internal and external customers in case of issues
- Compliance: In case of export from EU or UK: order screening in accordance with compliance rules (training will be provided)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in order processing
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of dual use procedures (training will be provided)
- Strong customer focus, self-organisation, and ability to work confidently with different systems
- Effective communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK
