The Role

We’re looking for multiple results-driven Sales Representatives to help expand Aura’s footprint in the UK. You’ll be selling to aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, medspas, dermatologists, and beauty professionals—introducing them to the next generation of consultations technology. This role blends hustle, heart, and a sharp commercial mind. You’ll be the face of Aura for new customers and a trusted partner for those who join our journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and convert new leads in your region
  • Educate prospects on the Aura device and software platform
  • Conduct demos (virtual and in-person), close deals, and onboard new clients
  • Track your pipeline and performance—own your targets
  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground: share insights with HQ to sharpen our approach
  • Build lasting relationships across the aesthetics and skin health ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience

  • Have 5-10 years of sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, or health & wellness
  • Are comfortable working independently and remotely—yet thrive as part of a close-knit, ambitious team
  • Know how to sell value, not just features
  • Are passionate about innovation and the future of beauty and aesthetics
  • Have strong communication and people skills
  • Want to grow fast and take ownership
