We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to play a key role in building a scalable, data-driven marketing capability across Hexagon. This role will lead the delivery of standardised reporting, dashboards, and performance frameworks, while also evolving our approach to proactive, insight-led analytics that supports executive decision-making. You will work at the centre of our Marketing Operations & Analytics function, contributing to the development of a single, trusted view of marketing performance across regions, divisions, and channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver trusted marketing performance reporting
- Lead the development and delivery of monthly scorecards and executive dashboards
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to agreed KPIs
- Reduce reliance on manual reporting through automation and standardisation
- Build and scale our analytics ecosystem
- Support the development of a centralised reporting environment in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
- Consolidate fragmented dashboards into a scalable, standardised reporting model
- Contribute to the development of reusable dashboard templates, reporting frameworks, and automated workflows to improve scalability and efficiency
- Continuously explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI capabilities to enhance reporting, insight generation, and analytics delivery
- Own KPI definitions and data standards
- Develop and maintain a central marketing KPI and metric dictionary
- Ensure consistent definitions and usage across all reporting and dashboards
- Support the rollout of standard tracking and data governance frameworks
- Drive data quality and reliability
- Implement and maintain data validation and quality checks
- Improve the consistency and reliability of marketing data across systems
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen data integrity and accessibility
- Enable self-service analytics
- Develop templates, documentation, and training materials to support wider adoption
- Help stakeholders access and interpret performance data independently
- Contribute to the scaling of self-service analytics across global marketing teams
- Generate and communicate insights
- Go beyond reporting to proactively identify performance trends and insights
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Explore and apply emerging analytics and AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation and improve the quality of recommendations
- Provide insight across key areas including: digital performance & Brand and communications effectiveness
- Support cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to cross-divisional alignment on metrics, dashboards, and reporting standards
- Support the ongoing development of a shared marketing analytics capability across the organisation

What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing analytics, BI, or data analytics roles; Experience delivering dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks; Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and visualisations that drive actionable, data-driven decision-making; Background working in a B2B or complex, multi-stakeholder environment is beneficial.
- Technical skills: Strong experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools), Microsoft Fabric, FiveTran (or similar tool), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Understanding of data modelling, data pipelines, and modern data environments; Awareness of emerging analytics, automation, and AI tools, and their application in marketing analytics workflows; Experience working with multiple marketing data sources (e.g. digital, campaign, CRM).
- Skills and behaviours: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights; Comfortable working in a structured, standards-driven environment; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels; Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
