We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
to join our Customer Service Team at Eminox. Reporting to the Senior Customer Relationship Manager, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing orders and schedules from receipt through to despatch while ensuring excellent communication and service. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Processing customer orders and schedules Keeping customers updated on delivery dates and product availability Managing and resolving customer queries Maintaining accurate pricing, order and delivery information Working closely with Planning, Purchasing and other internal teams Supporting demand management and departmental KPIs About you: You will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Youll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive, positive approach to problem solving. Previous experience in
customer service, order management, manufacturing or automotive
