We are looking for a proactive Coordinator to support a busy engineering environment, helping maximise uptime, efficiency, and operational performance. This is a varied, hands-on role combining maintenance coordination, inventory management, procurement, and facilities support.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities using CMMS systems
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement
  • Support facilities projects and CAD-related work
  • Work closely with engineers, production, and contractors
  • Issue permits and ensure safe, compliant contractor activities
  • Track maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • A background of working within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • IT systems driven
  • You may have completed an apprenticeship within engineering or manufacturing, but prefer a support function
  • Confident communicator in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-focused with a proactive mindset

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with purchasing systems & Excel

This role is on site at our Keighley site. Hours can be from 7.30am to 4.30pm - early finish Friday. This role is a non-sponsorship position so please ensure that you have the right to work in the UK indefinitely. No agencies please, only direct applications are acceptable.
