At Eminox, we are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and execution of engineering projects, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are met.

In a broad sense, the Engineering Department in Eminox covers design, development, validation, technical project planning and implementation of product for manufacture, right from new product introduction to current product support. Introduction of technology into products and implementation of tools and processes to design and develop a robust product remain key for the department.

The project engineer is pivotal in engineering development programmes, providing a technical link to many areas of the business whilst engaging with the end customer to ensure the technical requirements are achieved. The project engineer will be proficient in delivering complex technical projects whilst managing inputs from various engineering disciplines.

This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in various design tools.

About you:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • Able to manage the delivery of technical project plans on time and within budget
  • Competent in the execution of DFMEA
  • Ability to read and analyse engineering drawings
  • Competent in the application GD&T principles would be advantageous
  • Must be able to create technical documentation and display good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated application of engineering and scientific principles
  • A good balance of theoretical understanding and practical knowledge with the drive to see the project through to completion
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and liaise across functions
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Understanding of PFMEA
