We are looking for a proactive, confident Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications for one of our Business Units within the Eminox Group, part of the global Hexadex Group, a majority employee-owned business. This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and gets things moving, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver aligned, high-impact marketing activity.
The Eminox Group brings together Eminox, Ceramex and SaveGuard, delivering innovative exhaust aftertreatment, DPF services and advanced thermal and acoustic insulation solutions to customers worldwide. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the marketing and communications strategy for your Business Unit, aligned to group objectives and long-term plans. You will be the link between the Business Unit and its customers, translating strategy into clear, compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will also work closely with another Marketing & Communications Manager, ensuring alignment and consistency across the group, while retaining clear ownership of your own Business Unit.
About you: A background spent within marketing and communications, within a similar industry or manufacturing. A self-starter who is hands-on with research, copywriting and working closely with our sales and leaders throughout the Eminox business. Ideally, qualifications within marketing, degree or other marketing-related accreditations. Able to commute to our site in Gainsborough. This is an on-site position, with potential for one day remote and a flexible start/finish pattern.
