Role Summary:
The Buyer supports the Procurement Manager and the wider Supply Chain Team, managing demand from order placement to dispatch and ensuring materials availability in line with production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and manage price variances.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets requirements for delivery (OTIF), cost, and quality.
- Participate in project procurement for development and NPI.
- Support supplier selection, audits, and strategic negotiations.
- Contribute to process development and effective use of IFS (ERP) systems.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental policies.
- Apply risk management principles in line with IATF standards.
- Demonstrate company values and pursue personal and team development.

- Confident, analytical, and methodical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
