At CWM Automation, we design and build bespoke automation systems—no off-the-shelf machines, no shortcuts. Since 2006, we’ve delivered high-performance filling, sealing, lidding, and end-of-line solutions to customers across food, pharma, and manufacturing. As we grow, we’re looking for an Electrical Designer who enjoys turning complex requirements into clean, reliable control systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design electrical and pneumatic control systems for bespoke machinery.
  • Manage bills of materials and component selection through ERP systems.
  • Support procurement and build teams with technical input.
  • Create clear technical documentation and manuals.
  • Deliver designs that balance performance, cost, and buildability.
