Plumber

We are looking for plumbers to work on a university building refurbishment. Applicants must be fully qualified and hold a valid CSCS / JIB-PMES card. “`Duties“` – Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings – Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations – Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures – Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes – Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues – Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems “`Experience“` – Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber – Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems – Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations – Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work – Experience with carpentry, welding, or commercial driving is a plus Skills: – Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and techniques – Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures – Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, bending, and threading pipes – Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing issues – Basic math skills for measuring pipe lengths and calculating angles – Physical strength for heavy lifting and maneuvering pipes and equipment If you are an experienced plumber looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
