Job description Hexa Services operates in the construction, civils, mechanical and electrical markets Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer London (Various Sites) £43’500PA + Bonus and overtime A large multinational company is looking Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for a reactive facilities management contracts. Candidates will Ideally be expected to fully multi-skill across all disciplines within reason, lots of basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements etc (general maintenance). They will be appointed as the lead at 2 buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and Reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records etc. Key Responsibilities To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping, and to deliver Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations. Operational Responsibilities To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels To carry out Reactive Maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes.
