A growing Facilities Management Company operating in the Healthcare Sector requires an experienced Project Supervisor responsible for managing and delivering Lifecycle & Variation projects, operating within the PPP environment, resulting in maximum value to both our own and client organisations. The role is accountable for:
- M&E engineering in Maintenance
- Facilities Management background
- Support on the delivery of Fix it First and Reactive Lifecycle projects and complex TVR tasks as required.
- Ensure that all costs are appropriately recovered with the desired markup achieved on every project, mindful of any additional internal labour for monitoring or supervision.
- Strong contractor management, negotiation, and demonstration of best value at all times.
- Good working and practical knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and the funding arrangements in respect of Lifecycle.
- Health and Safety qualification – i.e. IOSH Qualification (Managing Safely).
- Good working Knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Qualified to HNC and/or relevant experience (5 years min) gained in Hard FM, M&E, or Building Maintenance services environment.
- Prince2/APM relevant training desirable.
- Computer-literate (MS Office Products: Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and project management systems.
