An established Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of key FM contracts. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PFI contracts, strong risk management capabilities, and a proactive approach to contract compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and contractual management of PFI-based FM contracts, ensuring full compliance and operational efficiency.
