Hexa Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial flooring contractor with a strong reputation for delivering flooring and refurbishment projects across the public and private sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator / Contracts Manager to join an established team covering projects throughout the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong background in commercial flooring who enjoys managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
The Role
- Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams, you will be responsible for surveying opportunities, preparing quotations, managing projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and client meetings
- Measure works and prepare accurate quotations and estimates
- Produce take-offs and tender submissions
- Manage flooring projects from enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and operational teams
- Monitor project costs, margins and programme delivery
- Resolve client queries and project-related issues
About You
Previous experience within the commercial flooring industry is essential.
