Flooring Fitter / Floor Layer
Edinburgh & Lothians £35,000 + basic | £45,000–£55,000+ Genuine OTE Company Van | Overtime | Enhanced Rates | Price Work
We are recruiting an experienced Flooring Fitter / Floor Layer for a well-established commercial flooring contractor covering Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
This is a permanent position offering a basic salary around £35,000, with experienced fitters realistically earning £40,000–£50,000+ through overtime, enhanced rates and price work .
The work
You'll be working across social housing, schools, healthcare and commercial/public buildings , installing:
Safety flooring & vinyl
Cap & cove
Internal & external mitres
Carpet & carpet tiles
LVT and other floor finishes
What we're looking for
You'll need solid commercial flooring experience, particularly vinyl/safety flooring and cap & cove , along with a full UK driving licence.
Experience working in social housing, schools, healthcare or other occupied environments would be an advantage.
