Salary: £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

The Role
Hexa Services are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber / Plumbing & Heating Engineer for a permanent position based in the Crawley area.
The role involves planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a mixture of commercial and domestic properties, including schools and public buildings.
This would suit an experienced plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with a strong basic salary, company van and ongoing training opportunities.
Duties will include:
Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
Fault-finding and diagnosing plumbing issues
Repair and maintenance of pipework and sanitaryware
Maintenance of heating and hot water systems within your qualifications
General plumbing repairs across commercial and domestic properties
Liaising with clients and building users
Completing job sheets and relevant maintenance documentation
Requirements
Essential:
Experienced Plumber / Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
Experience working within commercial and/or domestic properties
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check where required
Desirable but NOT essential:
Commercial plumbing/heating experience
Unvented Hot Water (G3)
Commercial gas qualifications such as COCN1, CIGA1 or CDGA1
