Job Description Job Description: \n Hexa Services are currently recruiting for an experienced JIB Gold Card Electrician to work on a long-term social housing contract in Birmingham. \n The work is within occupied social housing properties, so applicants must have previous domestic/social housing experience and be comfortable working professionally within tenants' homes. \n Duties will include: \n \n Electrical upgrades within occupied properties \n Kitchen and bathroom electrical works \n Upgrading/replacing electrical accessories \n Consumer unit changes \n General domestic electrical installation works \n \n Requirements: \n \n JIB Gold Card \n Relevant electrical qualifications \n Previous domestic/social housing experience \n Own tools \n Ability to work independently within occupied properties \n Good communication and professional manner when dealing with tenants \n \n Hours: 8 hours per day \n Duration: Minimum 6 months \n Location: Birmingham \n Start: ASAP \n This is a long-term position with a minimum of six months' work available for the right electrician. \n Apply with an up-to-date CV and details of your relevant social housing/domestic electrical experience. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
