Our client is a well-established commercial flooring contractor based in London, delivering high-quality flooring solutions across a range of commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-start through to successful completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial flooring projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from tender handover to final account
  • Planning and coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
  • Liaising with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Producing and managing programmes, RAMS, and project documentation
  • Monitoring budgets, costs, and variations
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
  • Attending site and client meetings as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial flooring or construction
  • Experience with floor screeding (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness and cost control experience
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
