We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Non-Working Supervisor to oversee a major electrical infrastructure package on a prestigious new Technology Institute development in Oxford. The project involves the installation and termination of several thousand metres of SWA sub-main cabling, ranging from 4 Core 25mm to 4 Core 240mm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations and electrical installation teams.
  • Oversee SWA cable installation works and ensure delivery to programme.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, RAMS reviews, and site inspections.
  • Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate project records and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management or non-working electrical supervision.
  • Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical installations.
  • Experience managing SWA cable and sub-main infrastructure projects.
  • SMSTS preferred.
  • ECS/CSCS card required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage works within a live construction environment.
