Our client is a well-respected contractor with a nationwide contract with a leading national waste services provider. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a 50-week demolition of an anaerobic digestion facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Demolition professional with strong leadership and technical knowledge in demolition operations to join a reputable and growing Demolition business.
Requirements
- Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential)
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification
- Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites
- Strong knowledge of Demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination
- Ability to lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives
A standard 40-hour week, with a possibility of some weekends, due to commence mid June 2026.
