Hexa Services are recruiting on behalf of an established Building Services Consultancy looking to appoint an Electrical Building Services Design Engineer to support a growing workload across commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with Building Services design experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment offering hybrid working and genuine progression.
The Role
You will be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services projects from concept through to completion, working alongside experienced engineers and project teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing electrical building services designs and calculations
- Preparing drawings using AutoCAD
- Supporting Revit/BIM projects
- Assisting with technical specifications and design documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams
- Supporting projects through all stages of delivery
Requirements
- HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Experience within Electrical Building Services Design
- Knowledge of BS7671 and relevant UK standards
- AutoCAD experience
- Revit/BIM experience beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
