We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for an immediate start on a contract basis for a project in the Guildford area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical installation teams on site.
  • Coordinate daily work activities and ensure programme targets are achieved.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Compile and manage mechanical test packs for commissioning and handover.
  • Liaise with QA/QC personnel, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage inspections, testing activities, and close-out documentation.
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial, industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and commissioning processes.
  • Experience compiling and managing test packs.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications.
