An established flooring contractor is looking for an experienced Flooring Contracts Manager to oversee projects across London.
A strong understanding of commercial flooring is essential. You must have previous experience managing both directly employed operatives and subcontract labour.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling flooring works
- Managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Monitoring workmanship and resolving quality issues
- Coordinating materials and stock
- Reviewing priced work to ensure projects deliver good commercial value
- Keeping projects progressing safely, efficiently and to programme
Applicants must have a proven background within the commercial flooring industry and previous contracts or project management experience.
