We are looking for an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition projects from pre-start through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Contracts Manager with a strong background in demolition, deconstruction and site operations who can confidently manage multiple projects, lead site teams and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
As Demolition Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of demolition projects and act as a key link between clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing demolition contracts from pre-construction through to final handover
- Overseeing multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
- Reviewing programmes, RAMS, demolition methodologies and project documentation
- Managing Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs, variations, labour, plant and overall commercial performance
- Attending client, progress and pre-start meetings
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, current legislation and industry best practice
